About Frontline Adjusters
Who We Are
& Why We Serve
Frontline Adjusters and our sister company Greater Good Restoration were started in 2018 by a passionate group of young entrepreneurs. Our founders had previously worked for a storm restoration company and saw that the customers were not being treated like they deserved because of subpar materials, careless labor, and poor communication. Noticing a clear need for higher quality service, they decided to start Frontline Adjusters and lead every interaction with the golden rule.
Joyfully Supporting Our Community
Our team loves giving back to our community— especially in support of the next generation. We’re proud sponsors of the Manhattan Patriots youth football and cheerleading program right here in Illinois.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Frontline Adjusters fully licensed and insured?
Yes! We hold roofing licenses and a public adjuster’s license through the state of Illinois.
What is the difference between a public adjuster and an insurance company adjuster?
The insurance company adjuster or independent claim adjuster are both employed by the insurance company and can’t protect both your interest and the interest of his/her employer at the same time. The insurance company adjuster will often offer to settle a claim for the sum they see fit, which is not always in favor of the policyholder. A public adjuster is an insurance adjuster expert who works exclusively for you, the policyholder. We are experts in reading the final print and understanding your policy, coverage, and the insurance company’s responsibilities in order to negotiate a better settlement.
When should I call Frontline Adjusters?
You should call us immediately after a loss. It is most beneficial for all parties when we are involved at the beginning of the claim development so we can set the tone for the entire process.
What are your service areas?
Frontline Adjusters is located in Illinois, and we have office locations in Urbana-Champaign, Glen Ellyn, Peoria, and Springfield. We serve the surrounding areas of all four of these cities
